The procurement is carried out under the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Communities (12.12.2006), ratified by the Law of Ukraine No. 360-VI (03.09.2008), and the Financing Agreement for the Interreg (Interreg VI-A) NEXT Poland–Ukraine Programme, ratified by the Law of Ukraine No. 3719-IX (09.05.2024). It complies with the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1178 (12.10.2022, with amendments).
Municipal Enterprise “Zalishchyky Vodokanal” invites qualified contractors registered under Ukrainian legislation to participate in the procedure. A contract will be signed with the winner. The declared cost of services must remain unchanged throughout the contract period. Payment will be made in non-cash form.
