The procurement is carried out in accordance with:
the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Communities dated 12.12.2006, ratified by Law of Ukraine No. 360-VI of 03.09.2008;
the Financing Agreement for the Interreg Programme (Interreg VI-A) NEXT Poland–Ukraine, ratified by Law of Ukraine No. 3719-IX of 09.05.2024;
Articles 4 and 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”;
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1178 of 12.10.2022 (with amendments) “On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for contracting authorities under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’ during martial law and within 90 days after its termination or cancellation”;
the Regulations on the Authorized Person of Municipal Enterprise “Zalishchyky Vodokanal”;
the Order on establishing a project working group for the implementation of the project “PACT – Partnership for a Cleaner Future. Cross-border project for improving sustainable wastewater management in Jarosław and Zalishchyky” (PLUA.01.02-IP.01-0039/23) under the Interreg VI-A NEXT Poland–Ukraine Programme.
With the aim of organizing the procurement of market research services “Implementation of participatory measures and qualitative research in the city of Zalishchyky”, Municipal Enterprise “Zalishchyky Vodokanal” invites qualified service providers registered under the legislation of Ukraine to participate in the procedure.
A contract will be concluded with the winner. The declared service price must remain unchanged throughout the entire term of the contract. Payment will be made in non-cash form.
