The procurement is carried out under the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Communities dated 12.12.2006, ratified by the Law of Ukraine on 03.09.2008 No. 360-VI, and the Financing Agreement for the Interreg (Interreg VI-A) NEXT Poland–Ukraine Programme, ratified by the Law of Ukraine No. 3719-IX of 09.05.2024. It also complies with the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” No. 922-VIII, taking into account the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178 (with amendments) on the specifics of public procurement during martial law and for 90 days after its termination or cancellation.
The project is implemented within PACT – Partnership for a Cleaner Future. Cross-border project for improving sustainable wastewater management in Jarosław and Zalishchyky (PLUA.01.02-IP.01-0039/23-00).
Municipal Enterprise “Zalishchyky Vodokanal” invites qualified contractors registered under Ukrainian legislation to participate in the tender. A contract will be signed with the winner. The declared cost of services must remain unchanged throughout the contract period and will include the cost of works and other expenses. Payment will be made in non-cash form.
